Business Development Manager Opportunity at ETS Technical Selection

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team at ETS Technical Selection. As a key member of the business development department, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in Industrial, Automotive, Aerospace, Rail, or Military sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with customers and driving sales growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans that meet customer needs and drive business results.

Compensation Package:

  • Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in Industrial, Automotive, Aerospace, Rail, or Military sectors
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans that meet customer needs and drive business results
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
