We are seeking a talented Infrastructure Development Specialist to join our team at James Gray Recruitment. As a key member of our infrastructure development department, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-profile civil engineering projects across the UK.

We anticipate the salary for this position to be around £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or HND/HNC in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, with 2-3 years' worth of proven experience working as a Site Engineer in civil engineering or infrastructure projects. You will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and provide feedback to resolve design and construction issues.

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for setting out and overseeing the construction of civil engineering works in accordance with project specifications and designs. You will also ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site, collaborate with the project team to deliver works within agreed timelines and budgets, and interpret technical drawings and provide feedback to resolve design and construction issues.
