">About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking a skilled Director of Sales to take charge of our international sales department and direct the management of our personnel across six continents. This pivotal position entails broad responsibilities, including managing personnel effectively and maintaining compliance with applicable policies and global standards. In addition, the role requires fostering a culture of teamwork and seamless collaboration within our sales operations teams worldwide.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Driving sales strategy to capitalize on market changes and advancements
  • Monitoring data quality and timely information dissemination within Connect to Win (CTW)
  • Coordinating account plans with various stakeholders and implementing them successfully
  • Ensuring all 'must-have' requirements of the sales process are met

Additionally, candidates must have extensive experience in communicating complex ideas to diverse audiences, leveraging internal and external resources to administer policies consistently across all locations and functions, and demonstrate adaptability when dealing with varying global contexts.

This esteemed position offers a comprehensive remuneration package, inclusive of an estimated salary range of $140,000 - $200,000 per annum, to attract the best talent globally.
