Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Manager to join our team at Addition+. This is an exciting opportunity for you to leverage your sales expertise and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline of prospects.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target markets, including construction.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and solution architects to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts that align with company objectives and client requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to preparing bids or tenders.
  • Experience selling wireless connectivity solutions, specifically 5G.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Background in construction, IoT, or smart solutions preferred.
