Regional Business Growth Specialist

Job Overview
We are looking for a Regional Business Growth Specialist to drive new business acquisitions and win new business in the regional area around our office. As a key member of our sales team, you will report directly to the Commercial Director and play a critical role in achieving our business objectives.
About the JobThis role offers an attractive salary of £43,500 per annum, plus benefits. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new business through a combination of telephone sales, following up on leads generated by the marketing team, and attending local events and meetings.
The job involves overseeing a wide range of duties, primarily focused on Sales Processing (75%), Account Management (20%), and Administration (5%).
Key Responsibilities:- Identify new business opportunities using telephone sales and follow-up on leads provided by the marketing team
- Conduct sales meetings in person and via video conference
- Ensure our CRM system is updated with the latest information on sales leads
- Meet sales performance targets
- Conduct regular account management calls/meetings with customers
- Utilize customer relationships to drive upsell opportunities
- Provide guidance to the marketing team on growth opportunities to target
- Expand our presence in the regional area
- Excellent interpersonal skills, relaxed telephone manner, quick thinking, and ability to work independently
- Willingness to work hard to develop a network of contacts and sales opportunities
- Knowledge of the IT/Technology industry
- Can-do attitude and ability to work mostly unsupervised
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
- Good telephone manner
