About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join the team in a professional services firm. As an Administrator, you will oversee and take lead on a wide range of general administrative duties. You will work closely with other members of the team, be an excellent communicator, and possess the ability to solve problems by using your own initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Typing of letters, reports, and other documents using Microsoft Office.
  • Reception duties, including answering queries, redirecting calls, and taking messages.
  • Invoicing and follow-up on calls, appointments, and other enquiries.
  • Photocopying, scanning, printing, and electronic filing, as well as Outlook email management.
  • Upkeep of electronic filing and opening and distribution of incoming post.
  • Assist with managing the office as required, including facilities management, ordering stationery, and organizing office events.
  • Diary management and arranging meetings.
  • Any other reasonable duties to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Requirements:

  • Good general knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Organized with a proactive and problem-solving approach to tasks.
  • Excellent standard of written English language.
  • Professional telephone manner.
  • Well-presented with a warm and welcoming manner.
  • Good level of numeracy, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize a busy workload and manage time.
  • Ability to act on own initiative.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
