As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading a team of sales floor staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing customers with a high level of service, including resolving customer concerns and providing specialist services such as boot fits and gait analysis
  • Leading a team of sales floor staff, including onboarding and mentoring new colleagues, developing leadership competencies, and performing key holder duties
  • Ensuring a safe and compliant working environment by taking personal responsibility for health and safety and store policies and procedures
  • Coaching colleagues to achieve a high-performance culture and improve service and selling skills
  • Assisting with administration and compliance duties

Requirements:

  • A passion for providing excellent customer service
  • Experience managing and developing a team
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to multi-task
  • An understanding of how a store operates
