Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining a safe and compliant working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Providing guidance and support to retail staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Assisting with administration and compliance duties

Requirements:

  • Experience in a retail management role, preferably in an outdoor or sports environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures and company policies
