**We have an immediate requirement for a highly organised, experienced, and engaging sales administrator who will carry out a fast paced and varied role.**

The day-to-day role is varied, and your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to)
- Management of sales inboxes
- Responding to customers within set SLA times
- Logging incoming sales enquiries and coordinating accordingly
- Gathering information to produce sales quotes
- Submitting sales quotes, filing, and ensuring follow up is managed
- Updating the pricing matrix and making improvements where possible
- Management of the Sales SharePoint drive ensuring documents are stored correctly and customer records are kept up to date.
- Handling inbound customer calls
- Assisting with the setting up of sales meetings, product demos and follow up calls.
- Sending information packs and product guides
- Ensuring the internal CRM is consistently updated.
- Collaborating on broader departmental sales activities and supporting the Sales and Account Management teams.
- Assist with basic marketing and brand management tasks.

You will have the ability to communicate to a very high standard in both written and verbal form. You will have experience of managing multiple systems and therefore good experience of MS Office in particular MS Excel, teams and outlook are essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
