Job Title: Complaints Resolution Manager

We are currently seeking a skilled Complaints Officer to work with our client in the education sector on a temporary basis.

This role requires a strong understanding of complaint handling procedures and protocols, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing strategies to improve complaint handling processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complaints across various departments, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Salary Information:

The temporary rate for this position is based on an annual salary of £32,500, which equates to approximately £15.75 per hour.

Working Hours:

Monday-Thursday: 9:00 am - 5:20 pm, Friday: 9:00 am - 5:10 pm

Duration:

This is a three-month assignment, commencing shortly.
