Job Title: Customer Complaint Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Complaint Manager to join our Public Sector client in Bath. The successful candidate will oversee the management of customer complaints, ensuring prompt and professional responses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough investigations into customer complaints, following established procedures
  • Create high-quality responses to customer complaints, demonstrating empathy and understanding
  • Maintain accurate records of complaints, investigations, and resolutions
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues promptly
  • Analyse complaint trends to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide regular reports on complaint volumes, patterns, and resolution to Senior Management

The salary for this position is estimated at £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.
