Complaints Management Professional

Pertemps is seeking a highly skilled Temporary Complaints Officer to support our client in the education sector.
This temporary assignment is expected to last for three months and requires an individual with experience in complaint management, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
The key responsibilities of this role include responding to complaints, maintaining accurate records, and communicating with stakeholders via various channels.
The successful candidate will also be required to analyse and identify trends in complaints, manage multiple complaints efficiently, and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in handling complaints
- Background in conflict resolution
- Experience within the higher education sector
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage sensitive situations
Salary:** £32,500 per annum, based on hourly rate of £15.65 per hour
