We are seeking a skilled Complaints Officer to join our team at Pertemps Bristol Commercial Careers. This is a temporary role lasting three months, with a commitment until 28th February 2025.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Direct complaints to the appropriate department or individual
  • Maintain accurate records of all relevant details
  • Communicate effectively with visitors, students, and staff via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Analyse complaint trends to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in handling complaints and resolving disputes
  • Background in conflict resolution and customer service
  • Experience within the education sector, preferably in higher education
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Ability to empathise with sensitive situations and individuals
Salary and Benefits:

The hourly rate for this role is between £30,000 and £35,000 per annum, based on a temporary assignment. This position offers an opportunity to work in the education sector and develop skills in dispute management.
