Pertemps is seeking a Complaints Handling Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the effective management of customer complaints, ensuring that concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and track customer complaints from receipt to resolution
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient complaint handling
- Maintain accurate records of all relevant details
- Communicate with customers via telephone, email, and in person
- Analyse and identify trends in customer complaints to inform process improvements
- Work efficiently to manage multiple customer complaints and tasks
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in customer service or complaint handling
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing customer complaints
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is £31,500-£36,500 per annum, based on an hourly rate of £15-£17.50. The role offers a fixed-term contract lasting approximately three months.
