About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Manager to lead our small team of 1st-line level support analysts. As a key member of the IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical management and people management, dealing with queries, and contributing to team development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of 1st-line level support analysts
  • Dealing with 1st- and 2nd-line queries in a professional and competent manner
  • Working closely with other teams to resolve complex issues

What You'll Need:

Experience in technical management and people management

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
