IT Service Desk Engineer

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Engineer to join our team as a 1st/2nd Line Service Desk Engineer. This role involves providing technical support to clients and acting as the first point of contact for troubleshooting issues.
You will be responsible for handling and resolving basic technical problems, such as software issues, network connectivity, and user account management in Active Directory and Office 365. Additionally, you will support Windows OS-related issues, including system updates, configurations, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or remote desktop
- Resolve basic technical problems related to software, network connectivity, and user account management
- Support Windows OS-related issues, including system updates and configurations
- Escalate complex issues to the 2nd line team
- Log, prioritize, and track tickets to ensure prompt resolution
- Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
Requirements:
- Service Desk experience
- Windows OS/Server support
- Experience with other Microsoft technologies, such as Active Directory and Office 365
- Livability within commutable distance to Bristol
- Ability to travel as required
Salary: £125-£135 per day (dependent on experience)
