As a talented Technical Service Desk Analyst, you'll be part of our rapidly growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Bristol. Our company is renowned for delivering exceptional IT support and solutions to our diverse client base. You'll play a key role in expanding our Service Desk team to support the 3rd Line Project Engineers and meet increasing client demand. Your primary focus will be providing technical support to clients, including diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Additionally, you'll deliver field-based support, working closely with our 3rd Line Project team, and assist with project implementations and migrations. To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and networking. Proven experience in a 2nd Line Service Desk role, ideally within an MSP environment, is essential. A full UK driving licence is also required for field-based work. In return, we offer a competitive salary up to £38,500 per annum, a hybrid working environment (2-3 days in our Bristol office), and clear career progression to 3rd Line Support or Field Engineer roles.
