The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 per annum.

Job Description:

The company requires a proactive and experienced IT professional to provide technical support and resolve service desk tickets within established SLAs.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical assistance to employees regarding IT services and law firm applications
  • Triage and resolve service desk tickets related to Windows 10/11 Administration & Support
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of incident resolution
  • Contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Recent experience working within a legal sector
  • Previous experience working within a Legal Service Desk Analyst role
  • Expertise in Service Now and iManage
  • Proficiency in Windows 10/11 Administration & Support
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (M365) Administration & Support
  • Active Directory experience
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
  • Excellent diagnostic and resolution skills
