Service Desk Operations Manager

The Service Desk Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to users, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring smooth system operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong understanding of IT systems.
Responsibilities- Handle support tickets and resolve user issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure the efficient operation of computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office 365, Office 2016, Office 2010, and SharePoint.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (based on experience and location).
- Annual leave: 25 days.
- Cycle to Work scheme.
- Onsite parking.
