Hotel Front Desk Manager

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Front Desk Manager to join our team at AccorHotel.
About the Role:- This is a full-time position that involves overseeing the front office operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, and providing exceptional customer service.
- You will be responsible for managing a team of front desk staff, training them on hotel policies and procedures, and motivating them to achieve excellent service standards.
The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Welcome guests warmly and efficiently upon arrival.
- Process guest arrivals, including check-ins, room assignments, and key distributions.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Monitor and maintain the front office area, including the lobby, reception desk, and adjacent areas.
- Perform daily tasks such as balancing cash registers, reconciling transactions, and preparing reports.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a front office or hospitality management role.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with hotel software systems, including property management systems (PMS) and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
