IT Service Desk Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Desk Specialist to join our team at Unite Students. As a key member of the IT Service Desk, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to our students.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take their career to the next level. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and effective incident management.
The successful candidate will have advanced knowledge of Windows 10/11, Intune/Endpoint Management, Azure, Active Directory, Office 365, LAN/WAN networking, and client-side security tools. They will also be familiar with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as Manage Engine or ServiceNow and have a good understanding of ITIL principles and best practices.
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of $68,000 per annum, a discretionary annual bonus, 25 days' paid holiday, and a generous pension scheme. You will also have access to a range of benefits including a Healthcare Cash Plan, an Employee Assistance Programme, and a Wellbeing platform.
