The ideal candidate will have recent experience working within the legal sector as an IT Service Desk Analyst, with a strong understanding of ITIL practices, Service Now, and law firm applications like iManage.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Triage and resolve service desk tickets
  • Provide Windows 10/11 administration and support
  • Offer Service Now expertise
  • Implement ITIL practices
  • Administer Microsoft Office applications (M365)
  • Maintain Active Directory experience
  • Assist with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

We offer a competitive salary of £36,000 - £41,000 per annum, reflecting the market rate for this role in the Bristol area.
