We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Austin Fraser. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support services.

The successful candidate will have recent IT Service Desk experience within the legal sector and strong knowledge of ITIL, Service Now, and iManage. Additionally, they should possess excellent diagnostic and resolution skills.
