About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Retention and Sales Specialist to join our team at KONE PLC. This individual will be responsible for driving execution of individual sales plans, ensuring successful conversions with existing and new maintenance customers, and gathering information about market and competitors while interacting with customers.

The ideal candidate will have account management experience, good negotiation and problem-solving skills, and a competitive salary package including a base salary of approximately £50,000 per annum, plus quarterly commission and benefits such as pension scheme, private medical insurance, and 25 days holiday.
