In this challenging and rewarding role as a Portfolio Retention Specialist at KONE PLC, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful conversion of existing and new maintenance customers. You will drive the execution of your individual sales plan and perform general sales administration responsibilities for all core 1 and 2 customers. Your duties will include gathering relevant information about market and competitors while interacting with customers, managing customer contract queries, and completing renegotiation tender documents. Additionally, you will flag contracts reaching renewal dates, follow up on purchase orders, and prepare KCC (KONE Care Contract - Nemo) tenders. Opportunity/lead creation, CRM funnel management, and value-added services opportunity generation and customer support are also key aspects of this role. The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, as well as effective communication skills in English (written and spoken).
