About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team as a Portfolio Retention Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, customer retention, and sales negotiation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to retain existing customers and acquire new ones.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure seamless customer service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management, customer retention, and sales negotiation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
