Customer Relationship Manager

The Portfolio Retention Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our maintenance customers. Reporting to the KONE branch/region or central offices, this individual will be responsible for handling core 1 and core 2 maintenance customers through phone support and collaborating with Supervisors to renegotiate maintenance contracts.
This position requires a customer-centric mindset, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM. The ideal candidate will have experience in account management and be able to drive sales execution while maintaining high-quality customer relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Customer retention and recognition activities
- Sales administration for all core 1 and 2 customers
- Renegotiation tender document creation
- Purchase Order follow-up for maintenance contracts
- KCC (KONE Care Contract - Nemo) tender preparation
We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience, along with 25 days holiday, 8 additional Bank Holidays, Pension Scheme, and development opportunities.
