Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize service requests, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and supply chain partners to allocate and track work orders.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including response and resolution times.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders on job progress and completion.
- Maintain accurate asset information and update records as necessary.
- Process purchase orders and manage inventory.
- Perform administrative tasks to support the helpdesk service.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
About You:
We're looking for an experienced Helpdesk Administrator with a strong background in service desk operations.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a helpdesk or service desk role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
