About The Role

GRAHAM Group, a leading Total FM provider and trusted University partner, is seeking an experienced Service Administrator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and logging calls/jobs, allocating works orders, tracking progress, and reporting back to clients and contract staff.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Utilizing service software CAFM systems (IFS and Total Mobile) to plan and log calls/jobs.
  2. Allocating works orders to directly employed maintenance team and/or supply chain.
  3. Tracking job progress against pre-determined KPIs, implementing escalation procedures, and reporting back to clients and contract staff.
  4. Uploading and amending asset information as held in the Control Hub database.
  5. Raising and issuing purchase orders.
  6. Operating paper-based systems as necessary to complement the operating software, including backup systems.
  7. Performing general administration duties as required.

As a Service Administrator, you will play a critical role in delivering an effective and efficient helpdesk service in accordance with GRAHAM Group's ISO management systems and Quality Control procedures.
