About The Role
GRAHAM Group, a leading Total FM provider and trusted University partner, is seeking an experienced Service Administrator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and logging calls/jobs, allocating works orders, tracking progress, and reporting back to clients and contract staff.
Key responsibilities include:
- Utilizing service software CAFM systems (IFS and Total Mobile) to plan and log calls/jobs.
- Allocating works orders to directly employed maintenance team and/or supply chain.
- Tracking job progress against pre-determined KPIs, implementing escalation procedures, and reporting back to clients and contract staff.
- Uploading and amending asset information as held in the Control Hub database.
- Raising and issuing purchase orders.
- Operating paper-based systems as necessary to complement the operating software, including backup systems.
- Performing general administration duties as required.
As a Service Administrator, you will play a critical role in delivering an effective and efficient helpdesk service in accordance with GRAHAM Group's ISO management systems and Quality Control procedures.
