The Lead Administrator oversees the running of the department and makes sure that all administration is done in a timely and correct manner. They are responsible for all administration on contracts and making sure that all documents are filled in and saved correctly. Success comes from managing time correctly in order to complete their own administration work as well as oversee others. Maintaining compliance is also an important part of the role along with making sure the Company's procedures and objectives are achieved. This role is of high importance in the successful running of the company.
- Complete Administration / scheduling work inline with department needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with client(s), tenants and external customers.
- Daily/Weekly/monthly reporting to Directors and client(s).
- Attend client contract meetings and report on the progress to date.
- Adhere to all deadlines set and meet department objectives.
- Oversee engineer workloads.
- Work closely with Department Manages and assist where necessary.
- Log attendance and absence details for the department.
- Process Engineers Out of Hours Call Out time sheets and pass for payment.
- Oversee the department Administration Staff and ensure smooth running of the Administration Team.
- Manage departments Administration staff workloads and delegate where necessary.
- Enforce company rules and policies.
- Ensure all paperwork / PDA completed jobs are returned and checked, and any remedial works planned, completed etc.
- Overview all planners / Schedules and work completed by department Administration staff for the following day.
- Manage departments holiday cover and training needs,
- Ensure Compliance is monitored and kept in date.
- Liaise with your team to ensure the smooth running of the department.
- Act, as the first point of call for the department team, including administration and engineers, for any complaints, grievances or issues they may have.
- Investigate any complaints, ensuring the Company Complaint Procedure is followed.
- Check engineer standards ie. uniform, appearance etc.
- Any other reasonable activity.
- A minimum of 5 x GCSE's Grade A - C (including Maths & English)
- Administration and Customer Service Qualifications
- 3 years Administration Experience
- Be friendly and hardworking with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Exceptional telephone manner and attitude towards customers and clients
- Solid computer skills

Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
