We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) is seeking a skilled professional to lead our Children and Family Services team in Stoke-on-Trent, England. As a Child and Family Services Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality social work services to children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage and supervise a team of social workers, ensuring that they have the necessary support and resources to deliver excellent services.
  • To develop and implement policies and procedures that promote best practice in social work.
  • To work closely with other professionals, such as local authority representatives and community groups, to ensure that the needs of children and families are being met.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Experience working in a management or leadership role in social work.
