Child Care Services Manager

We are seeking a skilled Child Care Services Manager to oversee our residential services for young people. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of management experience in youth services and a proven track record of achieving high standards of care.
The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring that our service meets the highest standards, including maintaining a high level of Ofsted ratings. We are committed to providing excellent working conditions, ongoing career progression, and opportunities for advancement in senior management roles.
A salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum is on offer, depending on experience, plus generous holiday entitlement and other benefits.
