In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of social workers in assessing and managing cases involving children in need, ensuring their safety and well-being. Key responsibilities include overseeing assessments, child protection work, and caseload management. You will also be required to perform home visits, attend court proceedings, and liaise with other professionals as necessary.

This role offers a competitive salary of around £50,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a weekly payroll and access to an online training portal. Successful candidates will also receive a Kindle Fire upon commencement of contract, a £20 Amazon voucher if registration is completed within 2 weeks, and up to £250 for each referred worker.

To be considered, applicants must hold a DipSW or equivalent, be registered with the HCPC, have a current DBS, and be a car driver.
