Job Description

In the role of Children's Social Work Team Lead, you will oversee a team that works well together under close supervision. As an experienced Qualified Social Worker, you will be responsible for acting as an independent Chair for meetings, promoting participation, and ensuring high-quality practice. Your key responsibilities will include contributing to inter-agency forums, facilitating problem resolution, and ensuring work is in accordance with statutory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years UK experience in a Children's Social Work team, along with a DipSW, HCPC registration, current DBS, and car driver status. A competitive pay rate of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, comprehensive training, and additional benefits such as a Kindle Fire, Amazon voucher, and free online training make this role an attractive opportunity.
