Lead Children in Need Social Worker

We are looking for an experienced Lead Children in Need Social Worker to join our team at Entrust Social Care Ltd.
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and managing cases involving children in need, ensuring their safety and well-being. With a strong background in social work and excellent communication skills, you will be able to work collaboratively with other professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, child protection work, and managing a caseload. You will also be required to perform home visits, attend court proceedings, and liaise with other professionals as necessary.
This role offers a range of benefits, including competitive pay rates, a weekly payroll, and access to an online training portal. Successful candidates will also receive a Kindle Fire upon commencement of contract, a £20 Amazon voucher if registration is completed within 2 weeks, and up to £250 for each referred worker.
To be considered, applicants must hold a DipSW or equivalent, be registered with the HCPC, have a current DBS, and be a car driver. The estimated salary for this role is around £45,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
