About the Role
As a Senior Social Worker for Entrust Social Care Ltd's Children in Need Service, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of children who require ongoing support. This includes conducting regular home visits, assessing children's needs, and developing care plans to ensure their safety and well-being.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Conduct thorough home visits to assess children's needs and circumstances
- Develop and implement effective care plans to support children in need
- Collaborate with other professionals, including therapists and healthcare workers, to provide comprehensive support services

Requirements and Qualifications:
- DipSW or equivalent qualification
- Registered with the HCPC
- Current DBS clearance
- Valid driver's license
