Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote best practice and improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient data and statistical information
