About the Role

We are currently seeking a Senior Clinical Lead - Elderly Care to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and guidance to the care teams, ensuring that all aspects of care delivery meet the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in elderly care, with experience in managing and developing care teams. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with staff, residents, and families.

Responsibilities

Salary & Benefits

The salary range for this role is £73,000 - £75,000 + Private Healthcare, reflecting the company's commitment to offering competitive compensation packages.
