Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of children's needs and circumstances

  • Providing guidance and support to colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Managing plans and interventions within government standards and guidelines
  • Staying up-to-date with relevant legislation and best practices in social work
