Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Child Protection Professional to join our team in Stoke-on-Trent. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues to identify and mitigate risks to children's safety and well-being. You will also contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance child protection practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assess and manage risk factors affecting children's safety and well-being.
  • To collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective child protection strategies are implemented.
  • To participate in multidisciplinary meetings and forums to discuss child protection concerns.

Requirements:

  1. A degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
  2. At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in child protection or a related field.
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
