Job Title: Child Development Assistant

We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) invites applications from dedicated individuals to fill the position of Child Development Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and emotional growth of our children.

Duties:
  • Deliver tailored learning experiences, incorporating personalised strategies and interventions to meet each child's unique needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and external professionals to create effective learning plans, ensuring a comprehensive approach to the child's development.
  • Maintain accurate records of the student's progress, communicating regularly with relevant staff regarding achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development, attending training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • A minimum of one-year experience working with children, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Relevant qualifications for Teaching and Learning Support Assistants (e.g., minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent).

The estimated salary for this position is £21,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience.
