Job Overview:

CV-Library is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality education and care to children aged 3-5 years.

About the Position:

The ideal candidate will possess a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent, paediatric first aid certification, and previous experience working with young children in a childcare setting. You will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities, providing a safe and nurturing environment, building positive relationships, observing and assessing children's progress, and communicating effectively with parents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver age-appropriate activities to promote children's learning and development.
  • Maintain a safe and stimulating environment for children to explore and learn through play.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Monitor and evaluate children's progress, and communicate with parents regarding their child's development.
Benefits:
