Job Summary

The ideal candidate will provide support and guidance to students, helping them develop essential skills for happy, healthy, and independent lives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to students with special educational needs
  • Assist teachers with lesson planning and implementation
  • Help students develop social and life skills

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A commitment to safeguarding and the well-being of students
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • An enhanced DBS and registration with the DBS Update Service

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated at £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme and professional development opportunities.
