Overview

We are seeking a Child Support Professional to join our team at Active Care Group Recruitment in Stoke on Trent. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to a 7-year-old girl with complex health needs in her family home overnight.


Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £11.50 per hour, paid for 30 hours a week. You can also look forward to accrued holiday pay, flexible zero hours contract, regular consistent work with rolling rotas, and the opportunity to develop your career with Active Care Group.


Job Description

This is a waking night shift position, working from 8pm to 6am, including Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays nights every week. As a Support Worker for Children with Complex Needs, you will be required to stay awake overnight to monitor and support our client's needs, including managing clinical equipment. Full training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support will be provided.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a kind and caring nature, flexibility & reliability, and good communication skills. We require female support workers for this client due to genuine occupational requirements.
