Child Development Support Worker

We are recruiting a Child Development Support Worker to join our team at Academics LTD.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to work with children with SEMH or EBD and has experience working in a similar setting.
About the Position:- To work closely with the class teacher to develop and implement strategies to support pupils with SEMH or EBD
- To provide individualised support to pupils to help them achieve their academic potential
- To contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Experience working with children with SEMH or EBD
- Qualifications in teaching or supporting learning
- Ability to differentiate learning methods to suit individual needs
- A competitive salary of £32,000 - £37,000 per annum
