Helpdesk Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and log calls/jobs on the Company Control Hub database using service software CAFM systems.
- Allocate works orders to directly employed maintenance teams and/or supply chain.
- Track job progress against pre-determined KPIs, including maximum allowable response and rectification times, and implement escalation procedures.
- Report back to clients and contract staff on job progress and completion – produce reports.
- Upload and amend asset information as held in the Control Hub database.
- Raise and issue purchase orders.
- Operate paper-based systems as necessary to complement the operating software, including backup systems.
- Perform general administration duties as required.
- Ensure an effective and efficient helpdesk service is delivered in accordance with GRAHAM ISO management systems and Quality Control procedures.
