**EQUANS is looking for a Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team based in Campbell Road, Stoke-on-Trent ST4 on a permanent basis. This is a full time/part-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.**
You will work Monday to Friday working 8.5 hours per day between the hours of 07:00 - 19:00 on a rota basis - 0700 to 1530hrs 0830 to 1700hrs 1030 to 1900.
**What will you deliver?**
- Ensure the highest levels of customer service at all times
- Accurately log all enquires within the in-house systems
- Liaise with clients on ongoing works, sourcing and providing updates where required
- Review open service requests ensuring the efficient completion of open works
- Carry out administrative duties as required.

**Who are we looking for?**
- You will have the ability to or have experience of offering the highest levels of customer service
- You will have experience of working with in house systems (Maximo, Boris, Sales Force, Dynamics etc) or be computer literate with the ability to learn
- You will be able to problem solve effectively
- You will be able to demonstrate effective time management and prioritisation skills
- You will be able to function working by yourself but also understand the importance of your team, and to actively support where needed.
