**Who we are looking for**:
A CAFM Helpdesk Coordinator who will use and maintain the CAFM system and allocate work to the relevant teams as well as support with general administrative tasks.
As a CAFM Helpdesk Coordinator within the Facilities team you will be an integral part in managing day to day work requirement for the department.
This position is also available on a full time basis.
**Preferred skills and experience**:
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high attention to detail.- Good computer skills with use of Microsoft office tools, including Excel and Outlook.- Ability to communicate at all levels with strong customer service skills; whilst acting as point of contact for facilities and other internal departments.- Great team player with a can do attitude along with ability to work at times without supervision.- Well organised and skilled in effective time management. Understanding of Facilities.**Main Responsibilities**:
- Report issues through the Helpdesk as and when they occur, ensuring that all service requests reported are monitored and completed satisfactorily within your area and within the agreed SLA's.- Fleet management, booking of pool vehicles and managing repairs, services and MOTS.- Booking and management of Electric Charging.- Monitoring Helpdesk, Pod Point Mailboxes for incoming enquires and bookings.- Working alongside engineering teams to create job plans.**Want to become part of the team?**:
