Facilities Coordinator

About the Role
CareTech Group is seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our estates team, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and processing data on our CAFM system and databases.
Key Responsibilities
- Logging maintenance requests and assigning tasks to contractors and maintenance operatives
- Preparing reports from the CAFM system for estates and operational personnel
- Tracking repairs and overdue works
- Coordinating maintenance workers via the CAFM system
- Liaising and communicating with contractors and site staff
- Providing administrative support to regional facilities managers
Requirements
- Excellent written and computer skills, including accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
- Developed communication skills, including telephone manner and enthusiasm
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize workload
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to use own initiative
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work alone or as part of a team
