About the Role

CareTech Group is seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our estates team, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and processing data on our CAFM system and databases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Logging maintenance requests and assigning tasks to contractors and maintenance operatives
  • Preparing reports from the CAFM system for estates and operational personnel
  • Tracking repairs and overdue works
  • Coordinating maintenance workers via the CAFM system
  • Liaising and communicating with contractors and site staff
  • Providing administrative support to regional facilities managers

Requirements

  • Excellent written and computer skills, including accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
  • Developed communication skills, including telephone manner and enthusiasm
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize workload
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to use own initiative
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work alone or as part of a team
