About the Role

GRAHAM Group is seeking a skilled Helpdesk Operations Specialist to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our Total FM team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional service experience to our clients and engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and log calls/jobs on the Company Control Hub database using service software CAFM systems (IFS and Total Mobile).
  • Allocate works orders to directly employed maintenance teams and/or supply chain.
  • Track job progress against pre-determined KPIs, including maximum allowable response and rectification times, and implement escalation procedures.
  • Report back to clients and contract staff on job progress and completion, producing reports as necessary.
  • Upload and amend asset information as held in the Control Hub database.
  • Raise and issue purchase orders.
  • Operate paper-based systems as necessary to complement the operating software, including backup systems.
  • Perform general administration duties as required.
  • Ensure an effective and efficient helpdesk service is delivered in accordance with GRAHAM Group's ISO management systems and Quality Control procedures.


Requirements:
  • Experience in a helpdesk or service desk role.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using service software CAFM systems (IFS and Total Mobile).
  • Knowledge of ISO management systems and Quality Control procedures.
